• Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.
• Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
• Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.
• Share daily and weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.
• Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups until onboarding.
• Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring roles.
