Job summary

Harbest Agribusiness Corporation seeks a hands-on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the onboarding-ready portion of the employee lifecycle from vacancy approval to productive performance.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment, pipeline development, screening, interview coordination, onboarding design, and HRIS/ATS management, with emphasis on labor-law compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for different job functions is preferred.
• Experience conducting new hire orientation or employee training is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with external training providers is preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and basic understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong interviewing, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and HR activities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete front half of the employee lifecycle from vacancy approval to onboarding and productive performance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments including posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate panel interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Design and execute a structured onboarding program with 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications to promote employer brand across channels.
• Maintain ATS data, generate recruitment reports, and ensure hiring compliance.
