Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Full Desk Recruitment Specialist to support assigned facilities and hospitals, coordinating recruitment for service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates within an appropriate timeframe.

Responsibilities include maintaining an ATS, posting jobs with SEO, sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and Oracle Monitors, screening applications, calculating salaries, presenting offers, and guiding hiring managers through the interview process in

Qualifications

At least 2 years of end-to-end US healthcare recruitment experience.
Ability to coordinate recruitment efforts across hospitals and service lines.
Experience maintaining ATS and posting jobs for SEO.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment for hospitals and service line vacancies to fill openings on time.
Maintain ATS and postings to attract qualified applicants through SEO and JD.
Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and Oracle Monitors.
Negotiate offers and present salary to hiring managers.
Provide interviewing guidance to hiring teams and ensure process compliance.
Attend community events, job fairs, and school fairs to promote opportunities.
Produce reports on team output and candidate quality.
