Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably 1 year in US healthcare recruitment.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Experience using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Willing to work night shift aligned with US business hours.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and US hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
Prepare candidate submissions and interview feedback.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings.
