Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruiter in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews by phone or video.

You will coordinate interviews with US hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and provide regular pipeline updates and interview feedback. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in US

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of recruitment experience (US healthcare recruitment preferred).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; experience with ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and US hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.
Prepare candidate submissions and interview feedback.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports.
Participate in client calls and recruitment meetings.
