Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to join our US-based client delivery team. You will own the full lifecycle of healthcare recruitment, from requisition intake to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across US time zones.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year US healthcare recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles preferred.
• Experience using RPO, staffing, executive search, or agency recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Familiarity with US healthcare licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, licensure, and role requirements.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews across US time zones.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for active and future hiring needs.
• Track candidate progress and maintain records in the ATS.
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials required for healthcare positions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to stakeholders.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
