Job summary

Ninja Van in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, from inbound to returns, and to ensure service levels are met. The role emphasizes KPI tracking, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Systems teams.

You will lead shifts, optimize staffing, enforce SOPs and 5S, and drive continuous improvements during peak periods. Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems; Anchanto WMS is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity management, inventory control, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Willing to work flexible schedules or shifts, particularly during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as labor productivity, Cost per Parcel (CPP), overtime, fulfillment accuracy, and costs.
• Maintain high inventory and order accuracy through cycle counts, system transactions, reconciliation, and process controls.
• Plan shift schedules and manpower allocation and lead supervisors and warehouse staff toward productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WMS/ERP procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.
• Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and work with Account Management, Finance, Procurement, and Systems to resolve issues.
• Lead floor operations during peak seasons, campaigns, and high-volume periods.
• Identify operational gaps and implement root-cause analysis and process improvements.

About the Unit:

The Fulfillment Unit is responsible for both the warehouse operations and sales requirements, ensuring proper execution of business strategies by managing the operations, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders (Sales and Finance Teams), and onboarding of new accounts and clients.

• Oversee daily end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns, ensuring service levels and operational SLAs are consistently met.

• Monitor key operational metrics such as labor productivity, Cost per Parcel (CPP), overtime, fulfillment accuracy, and operational costs to support efficiency and contribution margin targets.

• Maintain high inventory and order accuracy through cycle counts, proper system transactions, reconciliation, and process controls, while minimizing fulfillment errors and claims.

• Plan shift schedules and manpower allocation and lead supervisors and warehouse staff toward productivity targets.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, WMS/ERP procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices across warehouse operations.

• Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and work closely with Account Management, Finance, Procurement, and Systems teams to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.

• Lead floor operations during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and high-volume periods, ensuring service continuity and timely issue resolution.

• Identify operational gaps and implement root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Candidates with at least 2 years of college/vocational training may also be considered if they have relevant experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.

• Hands‑on experience with WMS or ERP systems. Experience with Anchanto WMS is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity management, inventory control, and root-cause analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational reporting and analysis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tagalog, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work flexible schedules or shifts, particularly during peak campaign periods.
