Job summary

Telehive Corp is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory control, order fulfilment, and after-sales tasks. You will lead a hands-on team, implement SOPs, and collaborate across departments to maintain accurate records and smooth operations.

The role requires proven leadership in warehouse/logistics, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with ERP/WMS and Excel/Sheets, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop) is an advantage.
• Experience handling returns, repairs, or after-sales operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead and monitor warehouse, after-sales, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee product returns, refunds, repairs, and other after-sales concerns.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor team performance, and resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
