Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a proactive professional to drive business development, project management, and sales initiatives in the Philippines. You will analyze feasibility, prepare tracking plans, and onboard facilities, lessors, and service providers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cost-saving projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, operations management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong MS Office and G Suite skills, especially Excel, Sheets, and Slides.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure; travel locally; willing to be assigned in Negros Occidental.

Responsibilities

• Assess feasibility of initiatives through data-driven analyses.
• Develop detailed plans to track project development and performance.
• Source and onboard facilities and partners for company use.
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Launch high-impact projects to boost operations and cost savings.
