Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in fuel management or logistics, a related degree, and supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and fuel handling procedures is required to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in fuel management or logistics.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fuel inventory, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily fuel inventory and consumption
• Check and reconcile fuel stock and fuel transactions
• Oversee fuel receiving and dispensing for company vehicles and equipment
• Ensure proper fuel recording and documentation
• Monitor fuel usage and investigate discrepancies or unusual consumption
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Supervise and guide fuel attendants or assigned personnel
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel reports
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, and Procurement regarding fuel requirements
• Support the implementation of fuel monitoring and control procedures
