Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Fuel Scheduler to develop and maintain daily and forward bulk fuel delivery schedules in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This onsite role operates on a shifting schedule within a dynamic logistics team.

You will be at the heart of coordinating schedules to meet customer demand while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics scheduling or transport coordination and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and forward bulk fuel delivery schedules to meet operational requirements and customer demand.
• Monitor scheduled activity throughout the day, proactively managing disruptions, delays, and changes to minimize service impact.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to drivers, carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with HSSE standards, Dangerous Goods regulations, fatigue management, and company policies.
• Support fleet utilization and efficiency by optimizing delivery routes, load planning, and resource allocation.

Your Role

As a Fuel Scheduler, you will:

• Develop and maintain daily and forward bulk fuel delivery schedules to meet operational requirements and customer demand.
• Monitor scheduled activity throughout the day, proactively managing disruptions, delays, and changes to minimize service impact.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to drivers, carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with HSSE standards, Dangerous Goods regulations, fatigue management, and company policies.
• Support fleet utilization and efficiency by optimizing delivery routes, load planning, and resource allocation.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Previous experience in logistics scheduling, dispatch, or transport coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with scheduling or transport management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with drivers, carriers, and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to operational disruptions.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and provide coverage during Philippine public holidays.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Specific experience within fuel distribution, oil & gas, or regulated logistics environments.
• Prior exposure to or understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail regarding delivery data and records.
• Ability to optimize delivery routes and manage resource allocation for fleet efficiency.
• Proven problem-solving skills to manage competing and time-critical priorities.
