Job summary

Manpower (Philippines) is seeking a skilled FTTX Design Engineer to join our network team. The role focuses on planning and designing fibre networks, producing HLDs and LLDs, and validating field conditions during site surveys.

You will use AutoCAD and related tools to create accurate designs, prepare BOMs and optical budgets, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery across the Philippines. Travel to survey and construction sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FTTX planning and design experience.
• FTTX site survey experience.
• Ability to produce High Level and Low Level Designs.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform FTTX planning and develop HLD/LLD per guidelines.
• Conduct site surveys and validate field conditions.
• Create detailed fibre network designs, BOMs, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
