Job summary

AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Network Design Engineer in Makati to prepare fiber optic and telecom network designs, draft layouts, and create BOM/BOQ documentation.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, field engineers, and clients, ensuring compliance with telco standards and safety regulations, and supporting project execution from design through troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom network design and drafting.
• Ability to prepare BOM/BOQ and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare telecom network designs for fiber optic, OSP, FTTH, FTTB, and Transport.
• Create detailed engineering plans, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other design tools.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for network deployment.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), BOQ, As-Built plans, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and clients regarding project requirements and design revisions.
• Ensure compliance with telco standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Review and validate technical data, route plans, and cable layouts.
• Support permitting and submission requirements for project implementation.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Provide technical support during project execution and troubleshooting
