Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Supervisor to lead FTTH deployment across TARLAC province, ensuring Globe standards, accurate LLDs, and RTA compliance. You will oversee day-to-day field activities, supervise teams and coordinate with subcontractors and ROW officers.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom, strong leadership, and hands-on fiber splicing/QA experience. Frequent site visits and strict adherence to safety are essential; readiness to deploy to multiple sites and manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors and locals.
• Proficient in project monitoring tools (Excel, Tracker systems). Familiar with Globe project standards.
• Knowledge of fiber optics deployment (OSP/ISP), FTTH, NAP augmentation, and ROW/permitting processes.
• Ability to interpret as-built plans, LLDs, and design trackers.
• Willingness to be deployed across QUIRINO province with frequent site visits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, quality assurance, and safety at all sites.
