The role emphasizes leading a team, ensuring timely RTA updates, and maintaining design and RTA quality, with readiness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience surveying and designing SOP within the telecommunications industry (surveying and designing SOP).
• FTTH experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FTTH materials, specifications, FTTH standards, and overhead/underground technologies.
• Demonstrated extensive project management experience, including team leadership, prompt response capability, and strong adaptability.
• Experience in project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving during implementation is essential.
• Strong stress tolerance and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
