Job summary

The Completion Engineer role at Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. focuses on ensuring timely and accurate completion of FTTx/FTTH/FTTB projects by validating documentation, As-Built BOQs, site completion records, and related deliverables.

You will work with Project Managers, Field Engineers, deployment teams, PMO, and clients to transition sites from construction to operation, supporting client acceptance, billing, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in technical documents and project data.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, deployment partners, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems, software, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Experience in telecommunications, FTTH/FTTB/FTTx deployment, project completion, project documentation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of FTTx/FTTH/FTTB deployment processes and As-Built BOQ validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate project completion documents submitted by deployment partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
• Identify, document, and track errors, discrepancies, and missing information in project completion and acceptance documents.
• Review submitted documents and prepare accurate and complete Acceptance Documents for client submission.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Field Engineers, Deployment Teams, and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate the timely completion and acceptance of sites.
• Validate FTTH and FTTB As-Built BOQs to ensure that quantities, materials, and other project details are accurate and aligned with actual site deployment.
• Coordinate with Material Managers and Field Engineers to verify the accuracy of material line items recorded in the BOQ Tracker.
• Work closely with the PMO Team and Deployment Partners to prepare billing support documents and ensure that project billing information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor project tracking systems and provide regular updates on site completion, documentation status, outstanding requirements, and project progress.
• Identify defects, incomplete work, and outstanding documentation requirements; coordinate corrective actions with contractors and deployment partners and verify completion.
• Conduct regular reviews of completion workflows and documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
