Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relations Associate - Collections to join our frontline team in Manila. You will contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, and negotiate repayment arrangements while delivering positive business outcomes.

This is a full-time onsite role with weekend and holiday shifts with premium pay, training, and a supportive culture. As part of our collections team, you will analyse accounts, build trust, and contribute to team performance.

Qualifications

• Must have onsite full-time (Manila)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with premium pay
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Solutions-focused mindset with understanding of individual circumstances
• Comfort with using technology and learning new systems
• Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN and valid IDs
