Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relations Associate - Collections to join our frontline team in Manila. You will contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, and negotiate repayment arrangements while delivering positive business outcomes.

This is a full-time onsite role with weekend and holiday shifts with premium pay, training, and a supportive culture. As part of our collections team, you will analyse accounts, build trust, and contribute to team performance.

• Comfort with using technology and learning new systems

What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collections?

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.

• Contact customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances.
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations.
• Analyse account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy.

• Can workon weekends (consecutive days off via rostered team shift) & holidays with premium pay
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes.
