Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Customer Relations Associate - Collections in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will contact customers with overdue accounts, understand circumstances, and negotiate repayment plans to support both customers and business outcomes.

The role is onsite, full-time, with weekend and holiday shifts offering premium pay. We provide comprehensive training, life insurance from Day 1, HMO coverage, and strong career growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Willing to work full time in the office (Onsite).
• Can work on weekends and holidays with premium pay.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes.
• Must have authenticated SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, TIN numbers and valid IDs prior to applying.

What is the role of a Customer Relations Associate - Collections?

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

You will serve as the frontline of our debt collection operations, playing a vital role within our organization.
