Job summary

Astoria Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Training Coordinator to conduct and oversee front office training programs in Metro Manila. The role focuses on trainee development, program deployment, and maintaining training standards across modules for student, OJT, and faculty immersion programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in Front Office and a solid grasp of training best practices; training experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of Front Office Associate experience.
• Knowledge of Front Office operational management best practices.
• Experience in training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for student-trainees and faculty-immersion participants on program modules.
• Coach and mentor trainees; monitor time and attendance.
• Evaluate trainees and provide official grades and program summaries.
