Kimpton in the Philippines is seeking a Front Office Manager to own guest arrivals, reservations, porter and concierge services, delivering memorable first impressions. You will lead a front office team, coach staff, manage budgets, and drive revenue through upselling and walk-ins while upholding service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, at least 3 years in Front Office/Guest Service with leadership experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• 3 years Front Office/Guest Service experience including management.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and warm welcomes.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and resolve complaints.
• Conduct regular front office inspections to ensure first impressions are strong.
• Help prepare budgets and drive revenue from walk-ins and upselling at the front desk.
• Train team on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies or crises.
• Report to the Director of Rooms and manage a front desk team across specialties.
