Kimpton Philippines seeks a strategic Director of Food and Beverage to lead all dining operations across our hotels, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and strong financial performance.

You will guide outlets from restaurants and bars to banquets, shape menus with the Culinary team, manage budgets, develop people, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create memorable hospitality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, preferably in upscale or international hotel brands.
• 3–5 years of leadership in a senior F&B role (Director/Asst Director).
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets, banquet operations, and large-scale events.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and meet departmental targets.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, menu development, cost control, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all F&B operations including outlets and events.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional food quality and guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations for efficiency, productivity, and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to maintain menu quality and innovative dining concepts.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through planning, pricing, promotions, and cost management.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B managers and staff, fostering a high-performing team.
