Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation is seeking a passionate Front Line Associate (full-time) in Laguna to handle client calls, visits, and transactions at the branch level. You will promote e-Biz and cross-sell Western Union and other services, ensuring courteous service and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include client interactions to boost transactions and profitability, collaboration with Marketing for launches and promotions, and adherence to end-of-day protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Overall pleasing personality.
• Preferably near work location/strategic location.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
