Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Front Line Associate (full-time) to engage clients through calls and visits, promote the e-Biz platform, and cross-sell Western Union and related services. The role drives transactions and customer engagement within a retail/branch setting.

You will also support branch operations, handle OTC cash transactions, and assist with daily reports and escalation procedures in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Overall pleasing personality.
• Preferably near work location / strategic location.
• Cash handling and customer service experiences’ an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
