Qualifications

• Overall pleasing personality.
• Preferably near work location or strategic location.
• Cash handling and customer service experiences a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follows escalation procedures and performs start/end-of-day protocols and branch reporting.
