Campaign Complete Solutions Phils. Inc. in Taguig is seeking a fresh graduate for an on-site full-time Guest Relations role at the BGC campus. The position welcomes graduates in Tourism or related fields with strong verbal and written communication.

You will greet visitors, manage guest communications, coordinate with staff and vendors, and ensure a courteous, professional experience aligned with The Globe Way. Salary is Php 18,000 monthly for 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Able to interact with clients staff & vendors; manage conflicts.
• Proactive & professional customer service approach.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Complying with regulations and good practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
