Job summary

Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel in Makati is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in and check-out, and handle reservations and inquiries.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a background in hospitality preferred. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure that all guest requests and complaints are addressed.
