Job summary

Nestlé Singapore? Nestlé Philippines seeks a French-speaking HRBS Specialist - Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions and ensure a superior candidate experience.

You will partner with line managers and HRBPs to hire top talent across Canada/Quebec regions while coordinating data and insights for leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in recruitment, including experience with ATS systems (SuccessFactors) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience for volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in international placements preferred (Asia Pacific & North America).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned functions with timely delivery.
• Partner with line managers and HRBPs to facilitate recruitment and offer management.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and build talent pools.
• Provide recruitment insights and reports to stakeholders.
