Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a French-speaking STR Specialist to support day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

You will handle guest messaging across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, manage reservations and calendars, coordinate cleaners and maintenance, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Short-Term Rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
• Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management systems (Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable) is a plus.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English across platforms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and issues during stays.
• Manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other services.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with cleaners and owners to resolve issues.
• Monitor calendars across platforms.
• Escalate urgent issues when needed.
• Provide regular operational updates and keep records.
