Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a French-speaking STR Specialist to support day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, highly organized, and experienced in guest communication and property management.

You will handle guest messaging across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, manage reservations and calendars, coordinate cleaners and maintenance, and ensure high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Short-Term Rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
• Familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management systems (Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable) is a plus.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, availability, check-ins, check-outs, and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other property-related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and help maintain high satisfaction and service standards.
• Assist with listing updates, property information, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and property owners to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor reservations and ensure accurate calendars across booking platforms.
• Escalate urgent guest or property issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational updates.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English — written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Short-Term Rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
• Experience with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Hospitable, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/reservations.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or occasional holidays when required.

• Familiarity with tools such as PriceLabs, Slack, Google Workspace, and task-management platforms.
