Job summary

Offshore Business Processing in Metro Manila is seeking a detail‑driven Rates and Quotations Coordinator to support freight forwarders and clients. You will enter and update client and supplier rates, manage rate templates, and keep exchange rates current.

This role requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales support within logistics, with good system skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks calmly. On-site work in Ortigas or Cubao with morning and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and efficiency.
• Tech-savvy with fast learning ability for new systems.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas or Cubao and start ASAP; morning & weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• Rates and quotations management and entering/updating rates (client & supplier).
• EDI costings and quote systems handling.
• Manage client rates and costing; oversee company tariff management.
• Chasing rates and updating exchange rates as needed.
• Opportunity registration and communication registration.
• Maintain current task list in CargoSphere (Sea) and related tools.
