Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a Freight Administration Support to assist NSW and QLD Freight teams with invoice processing, shipment costing, POD requests, and general supply administration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and drive timely issue resolution.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with SAP and reporting tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounts, invoice processing, and administrative support functions.
• Understanding of freight, distribution, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Experience using business systems and reporting tools; SAP experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in administration, accounts, customer service, logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles is preferred.
• Experience supporting invoice processing, reporting, follow-ups, and operational administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices, ensuring details are accurate and complete.
• Provide basic shipment costing support for the NSW and QLD Freight teams.
• Update and maintain the parked report, including follow-up actions when required.
• Review invoice information and follow up on missing or unclear details.
• Respond to Proof of Delivery (POD) and Electronic Proof of Delivery (E-POD) requests.
• Support daily freight operations through general Supply Administration tasks.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate business partners or teams when further action is required.
