Job summary

Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive sales coordinator to support shipments and client development in a fast-paced freight environment. You will coordinate shipments with clients, overseas agents, carriers and brokers, and assist with telesales for moving and non-moving accounts.

The role emphasizes knowledge of incoterms, strong coordination skills, and collaboration with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo processing and growth of the client base.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of incoterms (e.g., CIF, FOB, DDP).
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing sales activities in logistics.
• Ability to conduct telesales for moving and non-moving accounts.

Responsibilities

• Inquire standard and special rates/charges from overseas agents, carriers, brokers, truckers and consolidators
• Prepare and send out proposals to clients within parameters and organize adequate follow-up
• Coordinate and book shipments with clients, overseas agents, coloaders/carriers, and brokers
• Ensure proper endorsement and shipment coordination with the operations department
• Conduct telesales for moving and non-moving accounts
• Assist the customer service department on job-related duties as assigned by the Sales/Customer Service team
