Fastlogic Corp. in Manila is seeking a Procurement & Liquidation Officer responsible for handling procurement and purchasing requirements, monitoring liquidation of trucking trips, verifying documents for payment processing, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The role collaborates with operations, suppliers, and accounting to ensure timely purchases, liquidation, and payments, while maintaining proper monitoring, filing, and audit of transactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics Management, or any related business course.
• With at least 3 years of related work experience in trucking, logistics, procurement, or accounting operations.
• Procurement and purchasing.
• Liquidation and trucking documentation.
• Request for Payment (RFP) processing.
• Knowledgeable in liquidation and trucking trip monitoring; inventory and documentation control; basic accounting and auditing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple transactions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement and purchasing requests for trucking and operational requirements.
• Verify canvass, supplier quotations, and purchase requests before processing.
• Check and monitor liquidation of all trucking trips and ensure completeness of supporting documents prior to request for payment processing.
• Verify and process Requests for Payment (RFP) and ensure completeness and accuracy of attachments.
• Coordinate with accounting and operations regarding payment concerns, discrepancies, and liquidation issues.
• Conduct monthly on-site audit and validation of operational and accounting-related documents.
• Maintain accurate filing and monitoring of procurement records, liquidation reports, and payment documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of requested items and services.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and operational purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
