• Investigate daily suspicious cases detected manually or by tools
• Conduct investigations efficiently within SLA
• Record results of investigations in the provided tools
• Identify and implement courses of action for fraud cases
• Communicate with team members about cases
• Suggest additional mitigating actions
• Perform investigative analysis
