Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/accounting/criminal justice/information security/cybersecurity.
• 2–3 years handling cyber fraud/e-fraud incidents in a large organization.
• 1–2 years experience in financial services and money movement environments.
• Knowledge of fraud risk management, incident investigation, and use of cyber tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitors the fraud alert queue and triages incidents for escalation.
• Validates potential security incidents and alerts on suspicious activity or money movement.
• Follows escalation processes to senior analysts/leads/managers and other stakeholders.
• Communicates alert progress using standard tools.
• Supports incident response workstreams under supervision.
• Performs correlation of IOFs and IOCs and monitors CIRC hotline.
• Provides complete handover to next shift and ensures readiness.
• Generates regular reports and analyzes incidents for improvements.
• Participates in knowledge-sharing sessions across regions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
