Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in operations, fraud detection, risk management, compliance, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review transactions and account activities to identify potential fraud, suspicious behavior, or policy violations.
• Conduct investigations and probing activities to gather information and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Analyze customer accounts and transaction histories to detect risks and operational irregularities.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding fraud cases, disputes, and compliance-related concerns.
• Prepare and send garnishment letters, account notices, and other operational correspondence as required.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, case findings, and customer interactions.
• Perform account reviews and implement necessary operational actions based on established guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
