Job summary

The Subway Sr Field Consultant (DEEL) role in the Philippines partners with franchise owners to protect brand integrity and drive profitability across a portfolio of locations. You will coach, influence, and measure performance, developing strategic plans for sales, traffic, costs, and marketing.

You will travel occasionally to meet franchisees, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to brand standards while supporting growth and operational excellence within the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio sales and profitability across franchise locations.

• Guide development through new/relocated/remodeled locations and ensure readiness for opening.
• Participate in scheduled training and team reviews; travel as needed to territories.
