Job summary

Gang Gang Chicken is seeking a Franchise Manager to own the performance, relationship, and growth of its Philippines franchise network. You will be the primary link between the company and franchisees—driving targets, resolving concerns, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.

You will lead franchise business reviews, manage communications, and develop action plans while coordinating with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to keep franchises profitable and aligned with company direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, hospitality, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in franchise management or multi-unit restaurant management.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to interpret store-level performance.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to Gang Gang Chicken franchise locations across the Philippines.
• Experience in Philippine QSR, restaurant, retail, or franchising.
• Experience managing multiple locations or territories.
• Working knowledge of store P&L, sales analysis, COGS, labor, and restaurant economics.
• Experience in franchise sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise business reviews and prepare performance data for meetings.
• Drive growth by developing qualified franchise prospects into partners.
• Manage franchisee relationships with regular communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-departmental support to resolve franchisee concerns.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, transactions, and average order value (AOV).
• Ensure franchise compliance with brand standards and agreements.
