Job summary

Subway is seeking a Sr Field Consultant DEEL (MFP) for the Philippines to oversee a portfolio of franchisees, drive profitability, and shape strategic plans. You will coach owners, review P&L, and ensure brand standards across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-site restaurants or large-format retail leadership, strong communication, and proven ability to influence franchisees and teams. Travel to stores will be occasional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-site restaurant or 20+ unit experience.
• Experience in franchising is desirable.
• Strong business acumen and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise portfolio performance and profitability improvements.
• Conduct periodic business reviews and set strategic directives.
• Coach franchisees to grow sales, traffic, and cost controls.
• Ensure brand standards and initiatives are applied across stores.
• Develop relationships with franchisees, territory teams, and HQ.
