Job summary

Adidas Philippines is seeking a Store Operations Specialist to drive brand execution across franchise stores in the Philippines.

You will conduct regular store visits, monitor KPI performance such as sell-out, conversion, ATV, and UPT, and coordinate training with regional teams to sustain retail excellence. Collaborate with Brand and Franchise Ops Leads to ensure consistent in-store marketing and alignment with the Store Operations Manual.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to ensure brand and operating standards.
• Structured store evaluations and compliance tracking.
• Monitor sell-out and KPI performance, identify action needs.
• Ensure adherence to Store Operations Manual during visits.
• Develop and follow through on KPI improvement action plans.
• Coordinate training topics with FRs Trainers and calendar.
• Coordinate in-store marketing execution with Brand Team.
• Collaborate with Franchise Ops Leads to support plan execution.
