As the Franchise Operations Manager at Fun Han Mart', you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimising the operations of our growing network of retail stores across Taguig City Metro Manila. This full-time, on-site position is essential in ensuring the successful implementation of our franchise strategy and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our franchise locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence
• Provide hands‑on support and guidance to franchise owners and store managers, helping them to achieve their sales and profitability targets
• Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive efficiency and growth
• Lead the recruitment, training and development of store-level teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate the smooth opening of new franchise locations
• Identify and escal​ate any operational issues or risks, proposing effective solutions to senior management
• Represent the brand at franchise‑related events and liaise with key industry stakeholders
