SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manager (LubeServ Sales and Operations) to lead the LubeServ sales team and coordinate day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes driving revenue growth, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring high standards across the organization. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales/operations, a relevant bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales, operations or service management.
• Proven track record in leading teams, meeting sales targets and improving operations.
• Experience in automotive, service or retail operations is preferred.
• Willingness to extend hours, travel domestically and perform field work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LubeServ sales team to drive revenue growth by setting targets and coaching officers.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service standards.
• Develop sales strategies by identifying market opportunities and lead-generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery with Marketing, Franchise Management and Technical teams.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Implement and enforce operational policies to ensure compliance and standardization.
• Report on sales and operations metrics to inform leadership decisions.
• Resolve customer and operational issues to maintain high service quality.
• Foster team development through training and mentoring.
