Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Franchise Account Management Officer for North Mindanao to drive growth through LUBESERV franchises and to expand footprint and volume across the region.

You will manage dealers and franchisees to strengthen partnerships and ensure mutual success, while upholding integrity and enabling data-driven regional performance. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, ability to drive manual transmission vehicles, and willingness to conduct fieldwork

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
• Can drive vehicles in manual transmission
• Willing to do fieldwork as needed

Responsibilities

• Achieve volume/margin and market expansion targets to establish and grow LUBESERV's footprint and equity in the assigned territory
• Manage dealer(s) / franchisee(s) to strengthen partner relationships and facilitate mutual success
• Ensure compliance to integrity mandate to foster integrity in the organization
• Perform administrative functions to monitor region performance and enable data-driven decision making
