Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation seeks a Field Works Associate to drive franchise development and support store openings across designated regions. You will identify prospective franchisees, coordinate locality marketing strategies, and assist partners in launching new locations.
The role requires motorcycle access and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel within BICOL for visits, training, audits, and performance reviews to grow the network.
Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager
Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to the sales process
Does business development functions such as, but not limited to store network expansion
Assists new franchisees to become operationally proficient
.Provides supplemental training and development to in-store staff and practices to include sales, P&L’s, ROI, People management, Brand standards, training techniques and policies, store operations and controllable expenses
Explores opportunities for international and local expansion
Assists franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
Manages multiple store units in food service business in assigned territories
Conducts post store opening functions such as follow ups and franchisee coordination
Performs business analytics
Conducts regular business meetings
Knows how to audit stores on Food, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and other related parameters
Handles customer feedback and resolution in the assigned stores
Visits branches
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior or management

Bachelor’s degree in any related management course
At least 3 years related experience required
Must be willing to do field work around BICOL
With motorcycle and valid driver’s license
