Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Field Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or Franchise Acquisition handling intangible benefits and future earnings.
• Willing to travel 50% to 80% of the time to far-flung areas.
• Financial literacy; able to show partners when breakeven is achieved.
• Tech and AI literate; comfortable with data and numbers.

Responsibilities

• The Hunt: Scout potential locations in Tier 2/3 cities to identify Internet-stable zones and conduct local seminars to attract Center Owners.
• The Pitch: Explain ROI to investors, conduct on-site audits of internet speed, noise, and ventilation before signing.
• The Launch: Guide new Partners for 30-60 days between signing and opening; ensure centers launch on time to meet monthly targets.
