Job summary

51Talk is seeking an experienced TPCAP Expansion & Operations Manager to identify, acquire, and launch Third Party Center Partners across the Philippines. You will manage the end-to-end launch process, ensure readiness, and drive ongoing performance and quality across partner sites.

The role combines business development, operations, and partner management, requiring strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel regionally to establish and grow a robust partner

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in franchise acquisition/operations, multi-site management, or regional expansion.
Strong financial literacy and ROI discussion capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel 50–80% including provincial/remote areas.
Tech-savvy with data tools for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and convert Third Party Center Partners across assigned regions.
Launch end-to-end center setups from onboarding to go-live.
Monitor center performance and ensure quality, infrastructure, and compliance.
Collaborate with BD, Recruitment, Training, Operations, and Quality teams to drive growth.
Provide data-driven updates, forecasts, and expansion recommendations.
