• Strong commercial and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the fragrance consumer brands business in the Philippines.
• Identify account and segment needs, set targets, and prioritise actions to win new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts across brand marketing, R&D, procurement, and supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional projects with perfumers, fragrance development, and marketing to deliver on objectives.
• Protect gross margins by adhering to business guidelines and driving profitability.
