Sozio Philippines seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to open opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close sales contracts across the fragrance portfolio. You will manage leads, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and R&D to align on business needs.

The role requires 5+ years in fragrance sales, deep market knowledge of Philippine categories, and an entrepreneurial, autonomous mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Formación

• University degree required or related field.
• 5+ years successful sales and business development experience in fragrance industry.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine Fine Fragrance, Body Care and Fabric & Home Care categories.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work autonomously and take decisions.
• Strong communicator with a vast network of connections.

Responsabilidades

• Open and identify new business opportunities, building relationships with high potential fragrance customers and closing sales contracts in the Philippines.
• Generate new leads, manage sales pipelines and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Build close partnerships with key clients to ensure sustainable growth.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for Sozio Asia in the Philippines.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and R&D teams in Hong Kong/China.
• Report to Philippine Business Director & Regional GM.
