Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an FP&A leader to own budgeting and financial planning in Cebu City, Philippines. You will build complex models, analyze variances, and partner with Operations, Sales, and HR to drive efficiency. Strong Excel/ERP skills and 5–10 years in corporate finance are required. MBA/CPA preferred.

This on-site role supports leadership reporting and strategic financial planning, with a clear path to mentorship of junior analysts. Expect regular executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and planning cycle end-to-end management.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models including DCF/ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and explain variances vs budgets/forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenditures and headcount.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and present findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycle end-to-end.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models (DCF/ROI).
• Monitor KPIs; analyze variances from budgets/forecasts.
• Partner with Ops, Sales, HR to manage expenditures and headcount.
• Mentor FP&A team; deliver clear executive-level insights.
